· Lead VIP Lounge team in delivering top-notch F&B services to VIP customers visiting the lounge and luxury stores within the mall
· Responsible for managing the VIP Lounge's day-to-day operations, venue leasing, ensuring impeccable service, and driving sales and satisfaction to VIP clients
· Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of personal shoppers and VIP Lounge concierge staff.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands within the shopping mall.

· Operational Management:

Luxury Retail Industry:
· In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail sector, including understanding of brands, trends, and customer preferences.

· Familiarity with the luxury fashion and lifestyle market to guide personal shoppers effectively.

2. Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury hospitality or retail sector.
· Experience in Luxury Fashion Retail is a plus.
