· Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge.
· Responsible for leading and training the VIP Lounge concierge team, delivering exceptional F&B services, and maintaining a five-star hospitality experience for VIP customers.
· Oversee the coordination of F&B services and venue set-up for leasing partners hosting events in the VIP Lounge.
Team Leadership and Training:
• Lead and motivate the VIP Lounge concierge team to uphold exceptional standards of service.
• Provide training to ensure that team members are well-versed in F&B offerings, customer service, and sales techniques.
F&B Service Excellence:
• Oversee the delivery of F&B services within the VIP Lounge, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for VIP customers.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to maintain high-quality offerings and presentation.
Sales and Customer Satisfaction:
• Work closely with the VIP Lounge Manager and personal shopper to implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the VIP customer experience and drive repeat business.
• Follow up with leasing partners to ensure seamless coordination for F&B services and venue set-up for events hosted in the VIP Lounge.
• Act as the liaison between leasing partners and internal teams to meet event requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all services meet the established five-star hospitality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualification & experiences:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star environment.
• Proven background in F&B services with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in coordinating events, including managing F&B services and venue set-up for leasing partners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Experience in training and developing staff to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Working time: 8 hours / day, 6 days/ week (1 day off/week)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the demands of the VIP Lounge's operational schedule.
• Knowledge of luxury brands, trends, and customer preferences.
