<Job Responsibilities>
- As the Accounting Manager of the Real Estate Development Division
+ Comprehensive accounting and tax functions: Including cash management, monthly report management, etc.
+ Collaboration with accounting managers of other departments (distribution, EC):
Depending on your abilities, there is a possibility of concurrently serving as the accounting manager for their group company.
- As the Accounting and General Affairs Manager
+ Comprehensive accounting and tax functions: Including cash management, monthly report management, numerical management, and transcription of monthly/quarterly financial statement reporting forms.
+ General affairs: Including matters related to general meetings of shareholders, various legal procedures, convening various meetings, and creating minutes (in English).
- As a third-party checker for accounting and general affairs of affiliated companies invested
+ Comprehensive accounting and tax functions: Checking various documents created by subsidiaries, such as monthly reports.
+ Providing advice on company operations improvement: Offering suggestions to improve the operations of the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree in a financial accounting-related field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Experience as a Chief Accountant
- At least 10 years of accounting experience
- Experience managing subsidiaries (or comprehensive experience in accounting and general affairs at a small company, demonstrating a strong understanding of company operations)
・A gentle and diplomatic individual with a strong sense of integrity and loyalty. Well-suited for collaborative roles, such as working with existing accounting teams and providing guidance to subsidiaries.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working for a foreign-owned company
・Experience working for a Japanese company
・Experience working for a developer
・Understanding of IFRS or GAAP
