Responsibility
・Communication, schedule management, and coordination within the factory (communication in Chinese is required)
・Quality control, process management, and improvement work at the production factory
・Support for Japanese people in the office
・Communication with clients and meetings related to quality improvement, etc.
*Office work: 4, factory work: 6 as a guideline.

Job Requirement

Requirements

<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-50 years old
・Language: Chinese (Communication with partner factory) and Japanese  (for internal use):  at business level
・Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in quality control, production management, or manufacturing management
- Experience in a Japanese company
・Other: Can go on day business trips to Partner Factory. (3-4 times/ per week); - Can live in Thai Binh

・A person who can proactively work on their work
・A person who can actively communicate within the company regardless of nationality

<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・Experience in the cosmetics, resin molding, and mold industries
・Management experience
