1. Project Management:
- Lead the overall management of the Con Cưng-Sunlife insurance project, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Develop and implement a project plan, with clear milestones, to drive the insurance product's success.
- Collaborate with Sunlife’s team to align on product design, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
2. Strategic Development and Execution:
- Identify growth opportunities to leverage Con Cưng’s customer base for insurance offerings.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales operations, customer service, people development) to enhance the customer experience for insurance products.
- Develop customized business development strategies and promotions in alignment with Con Cưng and Sunlife’s objectives.
3. Sales and Performance Tracking:
- Track sales targets, conversion rates, and project KPIs, presenting reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct performance reviews, analyze market data, and refine strategies to improve the insurance product’s uptake.
- Ensure project outcomes align with financial and operational goals, making adjustments as needed.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact between Con Cưng and Sunlife, ensuring smooth communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Strengthen partnerships by providing regular updates, coordinating efforts, and fostering trust between both parties.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on the insurance product, facilitating solutions with both Con Cưng and Sunlife teams.
- Bachelor degree in Insurance, Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- Insurance or project management certification is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience (line manager) in business development or project management, preferably in the insurance or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
- Deep understanding of retail market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience managing partnerships.
- Dynamic working and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills.
