Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions
Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
Individual contributor scope in short term and Manage a small team of Business Developers, driving performance and KPIs in long run
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a strong network in Logistics & Supply chain (FMCG, Healthcare - Medical Device, etc.) or the Automotive/Transportation (Bike-hailing, Delivery app,..) industry.
Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Experienced in managing a sales team is nice to have
Fluent English communication.
Willingness to do individual scope in first stage
Possession of a valid drivers license is a plus
