Job Description
1. Sales Performance Management
- Set monthly sales objectives for ECs and review performance to meet center targets.
- Analyze past performance, identify improvements, and update action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate conversion rates across all channels and activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the organization’s system.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Head of Commercial and adjust action plans as needed.
- Contribute to sales through prospect presentations and ensure compliance with show distribution rules.
2. Sales Team Skills Development and Management
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing targeted training and coaching.
- Conduct monthly feedback sessions with each team member.
- Oversee registration and completion of training courses for new members.
- Evaluate team performance regularly in line with HR policies and manage schedules fairly.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with the School Service Manager on the monthly activities calendar.
- Work with the Activation team for customer insights and feedback on lead conversion.
- Support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team.
- Coordinate with the TMK Manager on supply conversion and booking effectiveness.
- Share market insights with the Head of Commercial and Marketing team regularly.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

- Previous Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in the education industry
- Minimum 1 year in sales management (experience in any industry is acceptable)
