Collaborate with the factory and relevant departments to maximize profitability.
Provide detailed assessments of all budgets and costs for the factory and platform departments.
Work with the factory to develop strategies to minimize production waste and losses.
Understand the full business cycle and evaluate how productivity impacts factory profitability.
Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-saving measures.
Coordinate with relevant departments to propose clear cost-saving programs with defined timelines and evaluation goals.
Monitor projected expenditures against the allowances in the approved annual budget.
Prepare and analyze sales and material margin reports and forecasts with weekly and monthly updates.
Develop the annual budget, forecasts, and cost management plans, and submit updates for top management approval.
Track and control the annual budget, ensuring spending aligns with approved allowances.
Provide budget updates in the requested formats and details as required by top management.
Manage inventory, address production issues, and monitor their impact on costs.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing cost control, budget management, and forecasting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP/SAP systems.
Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Skilled in budget preparation and report generation.
Exceptional presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
Capable of building strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
