Atlas Copco Vietnam (a Swedish air compressor company) is accelerating digital marketing and customer experience with CRM lead executive career opportunity.
Mission of the role:
· Ensure correct implementation and usage of CRM system as the single source of truth
· Secure that CRM system is the main communication channel for customer-related matters
· Actively maintain and utilize the CRM system
· Be responsible for generating leads in all 4 dimensions (Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Sales)
· Support and coordinate assigned activities and tasks in the organization within the scope of responsibility.
Main responsibilities
1. Customer data analysis
₋ Qualify leads from Inbound activities on time and transfer the qualified leads to responsible sales engineers
₋ Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for better lead generation and lead management
₋ Collect market information and conduct marketing analysis to support business needs and development.
₋ Execute Atlas Copco – Compressor Technique website content strategy including SEO, monitoring of results, implementation of web campaigns (SEA/SEM) and email campaigns, and content for social media channels.
2. System management, training and support
₋ Administer the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively utilized by all relevant teams.
₋ Plan, organize, implement & follow up the process of data cleansing to ensure the correct data are led in the CRM system (such as account, contact, etc.)
₋ Act as contact window to the global CRM support team for system enhancement.
₋ Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system usage
3. Cross-business line collaboration
₋ Support the business lines in reporting, sales statistics, price management and monitoring
₋ Provide support to sales teams upon request
₋ Work with the business lines team on the Net Promotor Score (NPS) program and follow up NPS customer survey
₋ Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate in development activities in line with the set development plan
₋ Execute other jobs related activities assigned by direct manager.
4. Reporting
₋ Generate dashboard reports for key performance metrics
₋ Conduct other ad-hoc reports
5. Other tasks by Direct manager
Required experiences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Cloud 4 Customer).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
