Customer Service (Temporary 8 months)

Job Description

Responsible for daily communication with customer (non-technical)

Project status management: open/registrate/close/update/monitor/

Arrange payment & invoice with customer / subcontractor

Revenue & cost booking in financial system

Testing samples handling

Work closely with Sales & engineering team to solve problems from customer

Job Requirement

University degree or above

Good command of English, MS office skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail, Team player, able to work under pressure

Major in science / engineering background be a plus
