Allocate and manage advertising budgets across E-commerce platforms and digital channels efficiently.
Ensure campaigns achieve set KPIs.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Collect and analyze data from campaigns across E-commerce and digital platforms, focusing on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Propose and implement new strategies to enhance brand presence and market share across E-commerce and digital channels.
Set up, manage, and optimize advertising accounts on E-commerce platforms, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google.
Handle issues related to advertising policies, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging ad content aligned with brand objectives.
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related fields. • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. • Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in E-commerce advertising platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital tools like Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics. • Excellent budget management and optimization skills • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills. • Strategic thinking and quick problem-solving abilities.
