Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Identify growth opportunities in digital channels and implement innovative solutions to enhance the online customer experience.
Oversee the performance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to maintain and improve platform features.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversion.
Work closely with agencies to develop impactful digital content and campaigns.
Track and analyze sales data, customer behaviors, and trends to improve online performance.
Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue.
Manage and monitor the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Analyze P&L performance and recommend improvements to optimize profitability.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online-offline experience.
Align with Demand Planning teams to forecast and maintain optimal stock levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party vendors.
Negotiate agreements and manage partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success.
Ensure all online activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress and recommendations.
Job Requirement
Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.
Competency Requirements
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in performance tracking and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with online consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
