      Job Description

      • Repair and replace Fitout items in Starbucks stores such as restroom fixtures, window and door frames & handle, paintings, tiling, ceiling repairs, etc.
      • Repair and replace MEP items in Starbucks stores such as electrical equipments, sockets, lighting, wiring, pumps, etc.
      • Responsible for facilities assessments with regard to all engineering disciplines, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural.
      • Coordinate and oversee all vendor activities within Starbucks stores.
      • Responsive communication with Operation & Construction team to update maintenance schedule & result

      Job Requirement

      • Experience in maintenance field, preferably gained from F&B industry,
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
      • Be hands-on and open-minded thinking.
      • Fluency in Microsoft applications & English is a plus
