Benefits

Manage all accounting transactions, compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Ensure the revenue and cost are captured accurately in Epicor (ERP Software) with supporting documents
Monitor cash flows and expenses in accordance to company policies.
Check and compare data between departments within the company, detailed and aggregated data.
Help to supervise Accounts Assistant and ensure work is completed in time.
Prepare Accounts Reconciliation and Check the balance between detailed and aggregated accounting data.
Check ending balance is accuracy and reconciled with detailed reports.
Prepare detailed and aggregated books of office depts, aggregated company books according to regulations.
Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Participate and coordination in audit financial transactions and documents in company.
Improve accounting method and report mode.
Statistics and synthesis accounting data when requested.
Provide data for Board of Director or Government when requested.
Explain date and provide reports, data for Tax authorities, Auditors, Surveyor check when requested.
Recommendations and suggestions for remedial measures to improve.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups according to regulations

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Professional certification is preferable.
At least 3 years working experience as Accountant
Able to use English in report, email and other communication tools
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Know how to synthesize and analyze reports, perform tasks accurately and in accordance with regulations.
Fluently use accounting software, office computer software
Ability to plan, manage, arrange, deploy, present, communicate, and organize work
Work carefully, meticulously, with a sense of responsibility.
Withstand high work pressure.
