GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description

We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive LygiaVien's online presence and accelerate customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and email marketing. Your expertise in data analysis and experimentation will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and driving tangible results.

SEO: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.

PPC: Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI.

Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and lead nurturing sequences.

Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns for better performance.

Reporting: Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Job Requirement

Proven 3+ years in Digital marketing, with a focus on SEO - PPC - Email marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Strong analytical skill. 

Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign).
