Job Description

Deliver on-site product and technical training to customers.
Implement the delivery of condition monitoring systems at customer locations.
Collaborate on multi-party projects involving suppliers and customers in Vietnam.
Provide comprehensive on-site reliability technical services, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support.

Job Requirement

A diploma or higher degree in engineering, preferably in medical devices or biomedical fields.
Previous experience working with a medical device company is a plus.
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in maintenance and/or service contract roles.
Experience in medical devices is advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English.
