Job Description
- Supervise and support the LnD team, ensuring their alignment with Maison's training objectives.
- Responsible for devising and executing monthly/yearly training plans in line with organizational goals.
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of the trainer team and training programs, utilizing various assessment methods including in-class assessments, store checklists, and evaluations.
- Identify current and future training needs, particularly focusing on behavioral and competency-based training requirements.
- Implement training programs as necessary to ensure store teams meet Maison's customer service standards.
- Manage the budget and finances associated with training initiatives, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Centralize and manage all team reporting data to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop tailored training programs to meet brand requirements and enhance team capabilities.
- Develop strategic plans and annual training calendars to guide the LnD team's activities and priorities.
Job Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
2. Work Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years in conducting Sales Training or Customer Service Training
- Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
3. Functional skills:
- Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
- Vietnamese and English proficiency
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
4. Other skills:
- Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
- Hands on and can do attitude
- Passionate about continuous learning
- Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skill
- Travel required.
