Purchasing Specialist

Job Description

1. Product Sourcing & Negotiation

• Identify and source high-quality products with expertise.
• Negotiate optimal deals with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize value.

2. Order & Inventory Management

• Maintain and update detailed records for all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Conduct rigorous inventory inspections, address issues promptly, and report defective items to uphold quality control standards.

3. Usage Analysis

• Evaluate product usage data in detail to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Optimize sourcing decisions and inventory management through thorough analysis.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Take on various assigned tasks to enhance the efficiency of the procurement process.
• Support the organization in achieving its overarching goals effectively.

Job Requirement

• Must minimal Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• High level of communication & negotiation skills, good analytical & numerical skills,
• good organizational & planning skills and can work under pressure.
• English is a must (Spoken & Written)
