JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop Marketing Strategy: Define the vision, user growth orientation, and marketing strategy based on the OKR circle.
Manage Advertising Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Collaborate with UA leaders to build, implement, and adjust strategies and marketing plans for each product phase.
Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting: Actively monitor and predict industry trends, leveraging data and analytics tools to shape long-term strategies.
Marketing Budget Management: Plan, manage, and ensure efficient budget allocation across channels to optimize costs and maximize results.
Team Management: Lead, train, and develop team members; assign tasks, track progress, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Partner Relations: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with partners.
Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in game marketing, specifically mobile games, with 3-4 years in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in running digital marketing campaigns and effectively utilizing advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Successfully planned and executed marketing strategies for medium to large-scale game releases, with specific achievements and problem-solving contributions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strategic mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and awareness of market trends.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in English, especially in international work environments.
