Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on technical, and high-potential roles. Collaborate with HR Partner in Vietnam and Leaders globally to address hiring priorities and workforce needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Partner and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide expertise on recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with external agencies and a robust direct sourcing strategy to enhance recruitment reach.
• Branding & Candidate Experience: Strengthen in employer brand by promoting a compelling employee value proposition. Ensure a positive candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding, leveraging social media and industry networks.
• Data-Driven Approach & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on trends, pipeline status, and process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to inform our Vietnam talent strategy. Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide decision-making.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor 1 recruitment team member, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Ensure adherence to best practices, diversity initiatives, and company policies.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment processes through new tools, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovation in digital recruitment and talent sourcing.

Job Requirement

Skills

• Knowledge of Recruitment Tools (ATS, Oracle & LinkedIn Premium etc.)
• Recruiting Techniques
• Fluent in English with at least 5-7 years in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Data-driven with strong experience sharing reporting metrics and insights to Managers and HR
• A mindset and drive for continuous improvement
• Highly planned and organised
• Detail-oriented

Education

• Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration
