Maintain and enhance HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate, efficient data storage and retrieval.
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, performance, compensation, and training.
Develop dashboards and HR reports to support strategic HR initiatives and track key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover rate, time-to-fill, etc.).
Support data-driven decision making by identifying trends, patterns, and insights from HR data.
Coordinate with HR teams to understand business needs and recommend data solutions to improve HR operations.
Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot system issues and support the implementation of HR tech improvements.
Ensure data security and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data protection laws).
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Economic mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics or related fields.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
Basic understanding of HR processes and data types is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the intersection of data analytics and human resources.
