Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate, efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, performance, compensation, and training.
  • Develop dashboards and HR reports to support strategic HR initiatives and track key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover rate, time-to-fill, etc.).
  • Support data-driven decision making by identifying trends, patterns, and insights from HR data.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to understand business needs and recommend data solutions to improve HR operations.
  • Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot system issues and support the implementation of HR tech improvements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data protection laws).

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Economic mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and data types is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the intersection of data analytics and human resources.
