Job Description
· Build up relationship with the counterpart at customer’s premises, but the Sales Support do not perform the tasks of a full-fledged Key Account Coordinator
· Actively update costs and selling rates in coordinate with Account Owner
· Actively introduce and build up relationship with customer
· Actively quote within standard KPI the customer for new enquiries and new lanes
· Procurement of costs: Overseas contact for rate request after get information from Sales Executive.
· Prepare official quotation and submit to customer on timeline. KPI: General cargo 1 days, other 2 days
· Help to promote growth of business of customer with Rhenus by developing relationship and upselling existing and new business.
· Support Sales Executive in term of follow customer documentation for new customer/new instruction such as customer company register, Por Por 20 and others document relating to customs clearance process.
· Work with company ticketing system according to given SOP until ticket is closed.
· Create necessary company documentation in order to set up customer and its shipment handover to Operations (JI, etc.).
· Be standby for customer in case of operational issue and solve or escalation in order to involve account owner on time
· Arrange and prepare others information per management assignment and response to enquiry timely including others special assignment:
o Support to qualify potential customer to Sales Executive: sales campaigns, cold calls etc. (outside of daily tasks of account owner to sales support)
