Job Description
1. Xây dựng và Quản lý Quy trình, Quy chế
- Xây dựng, tổ chức thực hiện các quy trình, quy chế, quy định và điều hành toàn bộ công việc của Phòng Kế toán.
- Cập nhật, cải tiến và xây dựng các quy trình, biểu mẫu liên quan đến kế toán, tài chính.
2. Quản lý Báo cáo Tài chính và Thuế
- Tổ chức thực hiện đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng hạn các báo cáo tài chính (BCTC), báo cáo hợp nhất, báo cáo thuế và báo cáo thống kê theo quy định của công ty và pháp luật.
- Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo nội bộ hàng tháng và các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc.
- Làm hồ sơ hoàn thuế, quyết toán thuế, thanh tra kiểm tra theo yêu cầu Nhà nước.
3. Quản lý Ngân sách và Dòng tiền
- Quản lý và thực thi kế hoạch thu chi, ngân sách, báo cáo tính khả thi dòng tiền, mua sắm, đầu tư.
- Lập và quản lý kế hoạch ngân sách, kiểm soát hiệu quả sử dụng ngân sách và điều chỉnh ngân sách khi cần thiết.
- Đánh giá và kiểm soát hiệu quả sử dụng ngân sách, thẩm định việc sử dụng ngân sách của các phòng ban.
4. Kiểm soát Chi phí và Công nợ
- Phân tích báo cáo để kiểm soát chi phí, công nợ và tối ưu hóa vận hành.
- Kiểm soát chi phí và giá vốn sản xuất.
- Phân tích báo cáo và đưa ra giải pháp để kiểm soát chi phí theo kế hoạch.
- Kiểm soát công nợ phải thu, phải trả và các giải pháp thu hồi nợ.
5. Phân tích và Báo cáo Kinh doanh
- Phân tích và báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh và chi phí định kỳ hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc.
- Thiết lập thời gian và quy định của các báo cáo, đảm bảo báo cáo đúng hạn.
6. Tư vấn và Tham mưu Quản lý Tài chính
- Tư vấn và tham mưu về quản lý tài chính kế toán, thuế, xây dựng quy trình và vận hành hệ thống kế toán.
- Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về việc hoàn thiện hệ thống quản lý tài chính kế toán của công ty.
7. Quản lý Hệ thống Công nghệ Thông tin và ERP
- Triển khai và phát triển ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, triển khai ERP, phần mềm kế toán.
8. Đào tạo và Giám sát Nhân viên Tài vụ
- Hướng dẫn, giám sát việc ghi nhận các nghiệp vụ kế toán (mua hàng, bán hàng, tạm ứng, công nợ, tồn kho, thanh toán…).
- Cập nhật và đào tạo nhân viên về các quy định và văn bản pháp lý liên quan đến kế toán và thuế.
- Cập nhật và phổ biến các thông tư, quyết định mới về thuế cho các phòng ban liên quan.
9. Đánh giá và Phòng ngừa Rủi ro
- Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro liên quan đến nghiệp vụ kế toán định kỳ.
- Báo cáo định kỳ hoặc khi phát sinh cho Tổng Giám đốc về rủi ro và các giải pháp phòng ngừa.
10. Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc

1. Develop and Manage Procedures and Regulations
- Develop and implement procedures, regulations, and rules to manage the operations of the Finance Department.
- Update, improve, and develop procedures and forms related to accounting and finance.
2. Prepare Financial Reporting and Data Requested by External Auditors
- Carry out the accurate, completed, and on-time preparation of financial reports- including balance sheet, income statement, expense reports and other financial statements, according to company regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, internal reports, and other reports as requested by the Manager.
- Prepare data requested by external auditors regarding the monthly financial reports and coordinate to ensure smooth audit procedures - audit frequency about 1 or 2 times a year.
- Establish the timeline and regulations for reports to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Prepare analysis reports as requested
3. File All the Tax Reporting Requested by Local Tax Office
- Ensure all the tax filling is sent and done in-time and fully aligned with local tax regulations
- Prepare tax refund dossiers, tax finalization, and inspections as required by the Government.
- Be ready for all types of inspection or audit from local tax office and government.
4. Prepare Expense and Cash Flow Projection
- Collect and summarize expense projections from each departments and prepare expense projections.
- Prepare cash flow reports based on expense projection and fixed asset investment plan.
5. Manage Information Technology System and ERP
- Implement and develop information technology applications, ERP system deployment, and accounting software.
6. Training and Supervision of Finance Staff
- Guide and supervise the recording of accounting transactions (purchases, sales, advances, debts, inventory, payments, etc.).
- Update and train staffs on regulations and legal documents related to finance, accounting and tax.
- Update and disseminate new circulars, decisions related to taxes to relevant departments.
7. Maintain Smooth Communication with Headquarters
- Hold and maintain positive attitudes on communications with headquarters in both VN and Taiwan
- Report periodically or upon request to the General Manager.
- Be cooperative and helping with non-routine requests from headquarters in both VN and Taiwan.
