Management Accountant

Job Description

Costing, Pricing, and Financial Reporting

• Calculate production costs and determine product pricing to ensure profitability.
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Summarize expenses related to sales, transportation, freight, and customs, and provide variance analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial statements required by the bank, monitor loan contracts, and prepare disbursement records.

Sales Performance Analysis and Forecasting

• Prepare general reports on sales volume, analyze sales performance, provide insights business strategy.
• Collect, aggregate, and forecast weekly sales data, identifying trends and offering actionable recommendations to optimize sales and growth.

Asset, Inventory, and Cash Flow Management

• Oversee the accounting of fixed assets and equipment, including depreciation and asset tracking.
• Manage prepaid expenses and ensure proper allocation within financial records.
• Track payments from customers and suppliers to ensure effective cash flow management.
• Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring accuracy in reporting and valuation.

Data Systems and Business Support

• Build and maintain data systems that support business objectives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and alignment with company goals.
• Summarize payment plans from accountants and ensure timely payment processing.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other tasks as required to support the Finance or Management team.

Job Requirement

• University Degree/ College (Major of Accounting)
• Solid understanding of accounting legislation and accounting procedures
• At least 2 years’ experience in related fields
• Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
• Good English is preferable (both writing and reading)
• Good writing & reporting skills
• Fast learner, Independence, passion for accounting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good time and task management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
• Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
• Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
