Job Description

1. Market Research

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather data on the construction market in target sectors.
• Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Assess customer needs, market segments, and purchasing behavior.
• Research competitors, their products, services, and strategies.

2. Database building

• Maintain and update the database of construction projects, contact information of potential clients and partners.
• Collect and update information on the company's product structure, including components, features, and applications.
• Monitor market information sources, including industry reports, trade publications, and online databases

3. Reporting

• Assist in data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth
• Present research findings to relevant departments, supporting the decision-making process

4. Support other activities

• Participate in market research projects as required by the company
• Assist other departments in collecting and analyzing market data.
• Propose new market research methods and tools

Job Requirement
