Collect information and make reports on competitors and performance results for KAM
Spend 90% of time in the market building relationships with customers, controlling and implementing activities at the supermarket
Plan orders and sales each week/month and monitor implementation.
Understand the sales speed of product categories, the sales speed of promotional products, and closely monitor inventory at each supermarket to ensure that goods are not missing on the shelves.

Strictly manage customer order and delivery information and coordinate well with functional departments to improve service quality and promptly respond and handle interactions between customers and internally.
Job Requirement
Graduated from University/College
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor position in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
Management ability, verbal/written communication skills
Plan and organize implementation – Time management, analysis and problem solving skills
Have experience in sales and handling objections, understand local culture
Understand the needs of MT customers and distributor customers to have appropriate behavior
