The position would be responsible for setting up and expanding the scope of Modern Trade business in the North by: Building volume, revenue, space share in Modern Trade by well execution, cooperating with customers, developing Distributor and aligning with Internal Departments
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure Sales Performance:
Ensure revenue, volume budget of assigned areas
Build the most advantageous display of WU products in comparison with competitors.
2. Corporate with Customers (store level) & Build Distributor:
Negotiate and deal with customers (store level) about relevant issues
Follow and execute all signed contract (sales contract, renting contract)
Follow and execute all promotion, display, activities as planned
Develop Distributor by management tool, supportive activities, contract, …
Build Distributor Business Plan and monthly review
Support Distributor in working with supermarkets (contract, renting…)
Build Distributor’s profitability with assigned BTL budget
3. Build Operation Team:
Ensure enough stock on shelf
Control and monitor secondary sales by stores
Manage PG’s productivity
Coach and train Operation sales force
4. Align with Internal Department:
Align with MT Planning team for relevant tasks
Align with Marketing team for activation
Align with Finance team for credit limit, overdue
Align with Logistic team for delivery
Job Requirement
University degree
7-10 years-experience in sales and marketing (at least 3 years-experience in Modern Trade Management) preferably with North Area
Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English languages
