The job holder is responsible for supporting TV business development, participating in every work detail to support the PM director to process and take action of delivering and implementing product business strategy, formulating sales (SI/SO) guidelines, managing the product lifecycle, and integrating the functional departments to ensure the implementation of the business strategy and management execution to get results.
Main responsibilities:
Product business strategyformulation: manage sales strategies in the region, formulate sales (SI/SO) guidelines; Execute and implement various functional management strategies based on strategic coordination; TOP channel customer sales management to support the branch's annual business goals
PSI management & process; close working with related departments for problem identification and solutions provision
Tracking target implementation and pushing target achievement
Survey and analyze market insight (including products, price, competition, channels, consumption, etc.), demonstrate the output to relevant stakeholders
Collect information from the regions, grasp the customer's situation, and participate in the customer’s policy draft and action.
Manage new product launches and product transitions for the product area involving other departments as required
Formulate core channel breakthrough strategies and implement them
Utilize the product assortment to actively promote product areas at trade/consumer shows within the brand’s and TCL’s objectives and guidelines
Monitor and steer stock availability of products
Manage and resolve product queries to ensure correct information is supplied to the sales force and other departments as required
Formulate and manage retail SO strategies for key models
Product portfolio and planning, technical support for branches
Work closely with the training teams to promote internal and external training activities with key focuses on the product area
Create and manage product features and descriptions to enable sales and marketing departments to create documentation and collateral
Relationship:
Closely working with HQ for product management
Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders
Facilitate cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Planning & Logistic Departments
Job Requirement
3 – 5 years of experience in Product Sales or Product Marketing experience
Product Management experience
Strong product management work process
Familiarity with market
Fluent communication skill in English or Chinese (verbal and written) is a must
Experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
