Talentvis' client is in need of hiring a Production Manager to work at Hoa Khanh industry zone, Lien Chieu, Da Nang with information as below:
Setup and operate all production activities, guarantee productivity, quality on schedule and save costs and materials as required
Oversee the construction, maintenance, and recording of agreed processes
Update the implementation of production processes and quality regulations to ensure product quality for the Company
Provide solutions to improve product quality (if necessary)
Research and deploy the application of new technology and new products according to the Company's orientation (if any)
Manage training and developing human resources, assigning work, checking, supervising, urging, supporting, and evaluating human resources of affiliated Departments
Organize competition activities, training activities, and training to improve productivity and work efficiency of employees.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the textile industry is an advantage
Operational skills, time management
Extensive knowledge of textile production processes, proficient in troubleshooting technical problems
Good teamwork and effective cooperation ability
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Priority is given to candidates fluent in both English and Vietnamese
