Collaborate with the sales department to understand customer requirements.
Forecast the product completion time.
Develop overall and detailed production plans for each stage.
Consult with relevant departments to ensure that all workers, materials, and machines are ready as per the production plan.
Monitor production progress.
Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust the plan in case of issues during the production process, such as labor or material shortages or machine troubles.
Collect and evaluate data on the production efficiency of each stage.
Propose methods for performance improvement if any.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
At least 1 year experience at the same position.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good at both spoken and written English.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
