Advise the CEO on business direction, brand positioning of the company in the market, and manage and supervise the company’s business activities;
Develop the company’s long-term, medium-term, and short-term Business and Marketing strategic goals to achieve the company’s business and financial targets;
Update information on changes in relevant legal documents, propose adjustments, direct activities, and provide solutions or strategies to proactively drive business;
Develop plans for building, directing, and expanding the market as requested by the CEO, and prepare monthly business activity reports;
Monitor and analyze the market, competitors, and trends, and propose market trend forecasts for submission to the CEO;
Manage and operate the nationwide business department;
Establish a business activity management database system;
Build a business system and processes based on work efficiency;
Develop a high-performing, professional business development team. Emphasize corporate culture, and manage the team by performance and work efficiency;
Control training, re-training, and evaluation of subordinate teams to ensure the maintenance and development of high-quality human resources that meet the sales growth targets and market expansion goals;
Propose, develop, and implement new business initiatives to increase revenue;
Plan budgets, sales expenses, balance, and adjust them according to the determined distribution strategy, ensuring the goal of cost optimization to grow profits;
Propose and implement measures to manage and control market pricing;
Job Requirement
Graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or other related fields;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at companies with more than 200 employees in the construction, equipment, machinery, industrial products, banking sector, or 7 years in other fields;
Ability to assess, evaluate, and analyze the market with a strategic vision; skilled in strategic planning and analysis; excellent team organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities;
Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; strong planning and time management abilities;
Knowledge of sales management and human resources management.
