The Sales Manager is responsible for the success of the company’s FMCG sales department and will launch our range of healthy snacks in Vietnam . And would help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. And will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully acquiring sales accounts
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding customer needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify customers, emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Conduct frequent visits on the stores we are present in, and identify good placement and build relationship with store managers
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Job Requirement
Requirements and skills
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field ( not compulsory )
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Preferably with strong connections in modern trade, B2B businesses, online stores
Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise
