Check payment requests, invoices & related documents for completeness and compliance with Company policies, procedures and contractual requirements.
Review and ensure invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
Communicate with third parties to resolve account discrepancies and respond to their inquiries.
Follow up cash advance, claim back and advance liquidation, ensure claims are paid in time according to payment terms.
Monthly update bank statements, booking all transactions related to bank/cash/deposit, perform bank reconciliation.
Review collection reconciliations to make sure debts are collected on time.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Prepare weekly/monthly report on AR and AP accounts (weekly cashflow/monthly cashflow/AR-AP aging report, breakdown ending balance)
Supervise AR & AP to complete closing on time. Check and review AR AP accounting activities accurately and correctly.
Build and maintain the Collection and payment process effectively and efficiently.
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Academic Qualification: University degree (specialized in Accounting/ Economics)
Professional Experience: From 4 years working experience in related fields. Have experience in retail/wholesale is a big plus
Technical Competencies: VAS-IFRS, Excel skill, familiar with ERP
Behavioral Competencies: willing to learn, logical thinking, flexibility, agile, responsibility.
