Job Description

Be leader of Utility area as: Wwtp, Boiler & Main steam piping, CO2, CNG, CSG, Cooling tower, Compressor, Chiller, softener system, AHU/AC and dehumidifier to ensure system run smooth to meet requirement from production process
Chịu trách nhiệm chính các tiện ích cung cấp cho sản xuất như các thiết bị: Hệ thống xử lý nước thải, lò hơi và hệ thống đường ống cấp hơi chình, hệ thống CO2, khí CNG, hệ thống ép bã cà phê, tháp giải nhiệt, máy nén khí, hệ thống lạnh trung tâm, hệ thống xử lý nước cấp, máy lạnh và máy tách ẩm không khí. Bảo đảm hệ thống chạy ổn định đáp ứng được yêu cầu kĩ thuật sản xuất đưa ra.
Make plan maintenance and ensure it is implementation on schedule for all Utilities equipments
Lên kế hoạch bảo trì và đảm bảo thực hiện nó đúng tiến độ cho tất cả các thiết bị của tất cả hệ thống tiện ích
Ensure all plant utility resources are used properly.
Đảm bảo nguồn lưc phụ trợ cho nhà máy được sử dụng đúng chức năng.
Co-ordination with Production Dept to trouble shooting, Fixe problem relate of utility supply to process.
Phối hợp sản xuất xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến tiện ích cung cấp trong sản xuất.
Analyze and look opportunities for energy saving, cost saving and environmental protection in plant utilities.
Phân tích và tìm kiếm các cơ hội tiết kiệm năng lượng, tiết kiệm chi phí và bảo vệ môi trường trong các tiện ích của nhà máy.
Make annual budgets for utility operations and control them to meet cost targets set by the plant.
Lập ngân sách hàng năm cho các hoạt động tiện ích và kiểm soát chúng để đáp ứng các mục tiêu chi phí do nhà máy đặt ra.
Ensure that the output parameters of wastewater and exhaust gases of the wastewater treatment plant and boiler must meet the standards of Vsip 2a industrial park.
Đảm bảo các thông số đầu ra của nước thải và khí thải của nhà máy xử lý nước thải và lò hơi phải đạt tiêu chuẩn của khu công nghiệp Vsip 2a.
Good implementation of 5S and TPM.
Thực hiện tốt 5S và TPM.
Supervising contractors to implement utility projects.
Giám sát nhà thầu thực hiện các dự án tiện ích.
Make report on necessary record (incidents, Breakdown, Operation, budgets, saving …).
Thực hiện các báo cáo cần thiết (Tai nạn, sự cố dừng ngoài kế hoạch, vận hành, ngân sách, tiết kiệm …)
Maintaining Safety in the factory including: compressed air, oil, steam and electrical regulation ...
Duy trì sự an toàn trong nhà máy bao gồm: khí nén, dầu, hơi và an toàn điện vv...
Follow hazardous waste regulation of Co. (Dust, oil, oily cloth) and follow hot work permit.
Tuân thủ các quy định về chất thải nguy hại (Bụi, dầu, rác thải chứa dầu) và vùng làm việc nhiệt độ cao.
Attending to any utility problem in the plant.
Tham dự bất cứ vấn đề về hệ thống utility trong nhà máy.
Knowledge about utility and able training skill for Utility Technician.
Có kiến thức sâu rộng về hệ thống tiện ích và có khả năng huấn luyện chuyên môn cho nhân viên tiện ích.

Job Requirement

Must be registered at a university degree, preferably in HAVC, Mechanical or Electrical
Bằng Đại Học chuyên ngành liên quan đến vận hành hệ thống sưởi ầm, thông thoáng và điều hòa không khí, Điện hoặc Cơ khí.
Displayed at least 10 years of relevant experience in operating/supervisor utility equipment (included 2-3 years of experience in a similar position). Experience in maintenance is advanced.
Ít nhất 10 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành/giám sát các thiêt bị utility (trong đó 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương). Kinh nghiệm trong bảo trì sửa chữa là lợi thế.
Ability to use use Excel, word, Autocad etc.
Có khả năng sử dụng phần mềm Excel, word, Autocad.
Willing to work in a dynamic environment (semi-automated and automated factories, friendly, collaborative environment, highly supportive superiors), high intensity, requiring responsibility and initiative.
Sẵn sàng làm việc trong môi trường năng động (nhà máy bán tự động và tự động, môi trường thân thiện, hợp tác, cấp trên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình), cường độ cao, đòi hỏi trách nhiệm và chủ động.
