Shipping Specialist (Order management) - Dầu Giây

Job Description

 Maintain order data in system, generate the defined reports from system.
 Prepare export shipment plan, place cargo booking/SI submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement,
issue shipment note in system.
 Prepare Shipping/ Customs document, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related to
customs clearance process to align with delivery schedule.
 Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.
 Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and meet
customer requirement.
 Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
