Logistics Specialist (Night shift/ Working at Phu My 3, Ba Ria - Vung Tau)

Job Description

Handle new order, quantity ETD destination change.

Build and follow up the shipping, receiving plan and update to all relevant people.

Coordinate plan with truck service

Run the system reports and track logistics metrics

Work closely with relevant departments and Mother Company.

Other assignments by Logistics Supervisor

Working hour for Logistics Specialist: Shift 3 (from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Job Requirement

1. Education

Graduated in import export, foreign trade, shipping, trade management in University, College.

2. Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experiences in import export field.

3. Knowledge of:

Internet, Email, Microsoft office, Customs software programs.

Update Customs laws and regulations.

Procedures of import processing and exporting shipment.

4. Skills and Abilities

Good communication and import export working skills.
