Job Description
Perform evaluations and inspections of solar rooftop system designs to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Inspect the quality of materials and incoming equipment, including solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other components, ensuring that all supplies meet technical standards and hold appropriate quality certifications.
Closely monitor on-site construction activities to ensure that the technical team follows proper installation procedures and adheres to both technical standards and occupational safety requirements.
Proactively identify errors or deficiencies during construction or system operation, including issues related to engineering, materials, or installation processes.
Conduct root cause analyses for any detected faults or arising issues, propose specific and effective corrective solutions, and recommend preventive measures to avoid future recurrences.
Take responsibility for preparing acceptance documentation and quality inspection reports for each project phase, including design, construction, commissioning, and operation.
Maintain and update records and documentation related to the quality management system, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and ease of retrieval when needed.
Provide guidance to technical teams and contractors regarding quality standards, installation procedures, and technical requirements to ensure project quality meets the highest standards.
Suggest innovative ideas and solutions to improve work processes, optimize efficiency, and minimize risks during project execution. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement necessary changes that enhance overall operational performance.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields.
Possess 2-3 years of experience in the solar energy sector or in QA/QC roles.
Have a solid understanding of technical standards for solar power systems (e.g., IEC, TCVN).
Demonstrate strong skills in inspection, evaluation, and problem-solving.
Proficient in using technical software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
