Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections of hotel furniture at manufacturing sites to verify compliance with design, material, and craftsmanship standards.
1.Monitor and document production processes at supplier facilities, identifying deviations and non-conformities.
2.Track and resolve quality issues during production, providing improvement recommendations to enhance product quality.
3.Maintain effective communication with external factories to support quality management improvements.
4.Prepare detailed quality inspection reports and promptly communicate findings to relevant departments.
5.Utilize QC methodologies and tools to analyze problems and implement corrective actions.
6.Manage quality system improvements and handle customer complaints related to product defects.
7.Collect and analyze quality data, including first-pass yield rates, to support decision-making.
Minimum of 3-5 years of quality control experience in the hotel furniture or related industry.
Proficiency in woodworking techniques and thorough understanding of hotel furniture manufacturing processes.
Capacity to work independently, adapt to travel requirements, and manage responsibilities under pressure.
Experience in producing English-language quality reports is preferred.
Frequent travel to supplier factories within the region is required.
Must be capable of working in manufacturing environments and adhering to site safety protocols.
