This role will focus on finding a new business opportunity and long term growth strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's future through data-driven strategies
1. Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, market demands, and potential risks
Analyze the market trends, industry development to identify growth opportunities
Establish the Market Database to strengthen Company's Market Intelligence Competence
Analyze competitior's investments, assets and corporate activities and "connect the dots” with regard to their strategic intent, plot out potintial next moves.
2. Support Company's Strategic Planning
Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with corporate mission, vision and goals.
Participate in multiple business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic issues, identify major growth opportunities and develop business plans for realizing these opportunities.
Create new business cases to be presented to senior management and Board.
Monitor and coordinate the vast range of company data to find the possible M&A Candidates
3. Reporting and Presentation
Develop, analyze and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and Board (Vietnam / Korea) on regular or occasional basis.
Provide regular updates on Market intelligence and Industrial updates

Job Requirement
[Key Qualifications]
Experience: 3+ years of experience in FMCG field or Foreign Direct Investment Company. MBA is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office(Powerpoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with business intelligence tools is an advantage.
Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory, Korean language is an advantage
