Job Description

Operational Admin

• Manage process purchasing orders from vendors
• Checking stock & receipts, invoices from vendors
• Prepare visa or work permit dossiers, to do notarize by authorized organization
• Send and receive postal mails.
• Making designs of announcement, welcome board, congrats letters

HR Admin

• Auditing paper works & check-list: Employee profiles, NDA, resignation checklist.
• Check attendance & OT of driver, car’s meters
• Compose & draft invitation letter, authorization letter, referral letter for staffs when required
• Be HR-Admin contact point when HR traveling and other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Intern at least 3 days per week
• University/ College 4- year student
• Strong administration, managerial and organizational skill
• Detailed orientation, Good communication 
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Canva 
• Fluent in English
