<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Tracking of the production department’s operation.
- The primary focus is to ensure the efficient and compliant production of high-quality products
- Combining with another department to reach factory goals.
- Meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
- Ensuring efficient and timely productions.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor production progress, addressing any delays or issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Determine materials resources as well as quantity, and shelf life,...
- Check all documents, editor SOP,..
- Implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Ensure that production operating must be according to the standards & SOP regulation and other relevant quality standards.
- Ensure the accurate preparation of batches following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and daily production plans.
- Oversee the proper execution of Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilization In Plan (SIP) procedures on tanks and ensure general maintenance activities according to SOP.
- Take charge of conducting bubble points test and water intrusion test on filters according to SOP & Quality standards.
- Review manufacturing records and trend logs to manage abnormal trends.
- Verification of records omissions and compliance with SOP, and GMP.
- Supervise/ monitor SOP compliance between production and Quality Unit (QU)
- Monitor non – conformance prevention and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) progress.
- Manage and supervise all activities related to product quality in the Company and ensure that these activities comply with SOP, GMP…
- Co-ordinate other managers to resolve problems that concern product quality
- Another task according to the Factory Director's request.
