Job Details
Position: Senior Finance Staff - Real Estate
Job Code: 109352
- Working location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～35,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Prepare and manage yearly CAPEX and OPEX budgets, optimizing cash flow management
- Collaborate on financial data analysis and monthly projections
- Handle banking relationships regarding FX, interest rates, and financial instruments.
- Oversee the General Accountant's work
- Coordinate with external auditors and our HQ finance team, and advise on process improvements and automation solutions.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University Graduation, bachelor’s degree in accounting , auditing, and finance field
・Gender : Male is preferable
・Age : 27 - 35
・English Business Level (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
・Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as finance staff
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Advanced MS Excel proficiency
・Responsible, honest, careful, integrity
+ Effective multi tasking skills
