<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or a related field. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) AND English - Conversational Level (Able to write business emails and reports) ・Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer. ・Must possess a customer-oriented growth mindset. ・Ability to effectively gather detailed product information through direct communication in Japanese with the technical support team, comprehend complex technical details and nuances, and accurately convey this information to customers in Vietnamese. ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relations, teamwork, presentation, and creativity. ・Travel Requirements: Sales engineers may be required to visit customer sites, attend trade shows and conferences, and travel internationally.
