<Responsibilities> 1/ Engineering Management & Design Oversight: - Manage mechanical design to meet product, installation, and manufacturing requirements. - Oversee creation of technical drawings and 2D/3D models for fabrication. - Manage BOM calculation and material quantity extraction. - Ensure engineering outputs meet standards and specifications. - Supervise design reviews and timely delivery of technical documents. - Collaborate with production and project management for manufacturability and installation optimization. - Coordinate with technical documentation for user manuals and installation guides. - Conduct design checks for accuracy and completeness.
2/ Project & Cross-Functional Coordination: - Collaborate with production, project management, procurement, and installation for manufacturable, installable, and cost-effective designs. - Participate in project planning to assess technical risks and define deliverables. - Provide engineering support during fabrication and installation.
3/ Team Leadership & Development: - Manage, mentor, and develop the mechanical engineering team. - Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and competency development. - Conduct performance evaluations and implemented development plans. - Encourage innovation and continuous learning.
4/ Engineering Standards, Compliance & Quality: - Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with regulations and customer specifications. - Drive design reviews and validation. - Support ISO 9001 implementation and maintain traceability of changes.
5/ Cost Control & Optimization: - Collaborate on cost-effective material selection and design optimization. - Analyze product costs and lead value engineering initiatives.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
o 8 - 10 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, mechanical manufacturing, or heavy industrial production.
o Experience in leading mechanical engineering teams and optimizing fabrication processes.
o Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles
- Technical & Leadership Skills:
o Strong leadership skills in managing engineering teams and driving process improvements.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a manufacturing environment.
o Knowledge of inventory control, production planning, and cost management techniques.
o Proficiency in Autocad, Solidworks
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in ERR/SAP is preferred
