Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province

- Monthly Salary: 22M ~ 25M

<Job Responsibilities>
- Build up good relationships with buyers and suppliers
- Communication with customers
- Raw material delivery date management
- Progress management of production (sample, mass order) price negotiation
- Attend customers when they visit the factory
- Manage work planning for the department
- Monitor the progress and quality of the work in the merchandising team
- Manage buyers’ expectation
- Communication with customers

*Depending on the situation, you may be required to travel to external suppliers or other base factories.
*They have plans to overseas business trip from 2026

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University/College Degree
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 ~ years old
- Language: English - Business Level (communication with foreign company)
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Garment companies.

<Preferable>
- Having working experience with outdoor wear products
- Having Japanese Language
