1. Assist the Accountant in handling full set of account and ensure all transactions are properly accounted.
2. Assist in manage inventory record to ensure inventories are captured accurately.
3. Issue VAT invoice to customers and update sales transactions.
4. Compile and match documentation (PO, DO and invoices) to prepare for payment for suppliers.
5. Prepare purchase requisition to purchase raw materials from suppliers.
6. Record importation of materials and ensure the completeness of documentation (Customs Forms, Purchase Invoice, etc.).
7. Record movement of manufactured goods (Work in Progress and finished goods).
8. Assist month-end closing, provide related documentation required by Accountant.
9. Assist the Accountant on audit and tax matters.
10. Assist in daily office administrative functions such as office cleanliness, office supplies, documentation, filing system and correspondences.
1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting
2. At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing company
3. Knowledge in using Fast accounting software
4. Proficient in English language
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
6. Well organized, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
7. Matured, reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
