Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to office arrangement, booking transportation & accommodation for business trip process, training/ meeting room and company event…
Distribute claim expense, payment & summary.
Maintain all office facilities/meeting room/ pantry to make sure these resources are used efficiently & effectively.
Oversee office equipment and organize maintenance and repairs as required.
Systematically filing important company documents.
Liaise with building management to provide parking, cleaning services, maintenance, and other services.
When required, assist with onboarding of new employees to ready for first day including workstation placement, ordering necessary equipment (laptop, office tools), system accesses.
Support leader/BU with daily operations or company events.
Do other jobs assigned.
Receptionist
Receptionist in charge full day.
Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
Manage delivery and record post courier daily.
Prepare welcome plan for new staff.
