RESPONSIBILITIES
I. HR Admin Tasks
Prepare offer letter, labor contract and C&B related documents
Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
Ensure accurate on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.
Forecast, tracking, raise PR to purchase staff supplies in budget.
II. Training & Recruitment
Filing & record management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employee’s files, maintain and upkeep all leave records of all employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.
Manpower planning: ensure effective utilization of manpower, timely recruitment of all staff, selection of right candidate for the job, screening, interviewing.
Induction&orientation: ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
Identify training needs, organize appropriate courses, cross exposure, performance standard training, follow up all docs related to training Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests.
III. C&B
Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
Process monthly payroll payment on time;
Send monthly payslip to employees.
Read, understand and regularly get updated on the labor law, social insurance, income tax and other government decrees pertaining to employment. Payroll
IV. Insurance
Ensure accurate monthly SMUI contribution and on-time payment as regulated by Law.
Manage employee’s claim and allowance payment from Government Social Insurance fund
Others related task to compulsory insurance
V. Others
Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
Other tasks as assigned by HR Deputy Director
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
At least 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
Fluent English.
