Working location: VSIP1, Binh Duong province (shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh city)
Purpose
In collaboration with the HR Manager, support the HR function and focus on delivering HR objectives within HR strategy, corporate guidelines and local policies. Operates with guidance and under limited supervision.
Core Responsibilities
- In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR Management develop, manage and/or administer the organisation’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organisation development, and employee relations programmes.
Prepare payroll and maintain relevant records in order to ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries according to employee contracts and local regulations.
Gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and prepare reports for management.
Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, employee contracts and government legislation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies and employee administration across Vietnam in order to ensure the effective talent sourcing according to company's recruitment requirements.
Under limited supervision, maintain and process information in company's HR information system in order to ensure accurate and secure data are available to stakeholders, within operating principles, legal requirements and corporate guidelines, support HRIS team in managing escalations and resolving issues.
- Provide support across all HR operational processes, ensuring quality, effectiveness and compliance with legislation.
- Use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process improvements.
- Participate in or support the implementation of Corporate and Site initiatives or projects.

Academic Background
University degree/Master’s degree in any disciplines, Business or HR preferred or equivalent experience
Professional Experience
1-2 years of experience, preferably in Payroll, HR Generalist or related field.
Technical Skills
Local language mandatory, fluent English preferred.
Computer Literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel).
Knowledge of local employment markets and Labor Law.
