This position requires experience in executing business strategies and plans, as well as building and managing customer relationships. A good understanding of e-commerce is essential.
Business Planning:
Assist the Deputy Director in developing business plans for each project and phase of the company.
Support and propose suitable Marketing and Sales strategies.
Collect and analyze competitor and market information.
Monitor business performance in the markets where the company operates.
Build, develop, and manage relationships with the company's customers.
Track and continuously improve customer strategies with superiors to seek new customers, retain current customers, win back lost customers, reduce churn rate, etc.
Monitor team workloads and allocate resources efficiently, especially in emergency situations.
Project Management:
Develop plans and ideas for the company's projects.
Assist the Deputy Director in supervising and managing the company's projects.
People Management:
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
Motivate and inspire direct subordinates to achieve the company's goals, as well as team and individual objectives.
Supervise the performance of direct reports and promote continuous improvement.
Support the development and establishment of KPIs for the teams.
Reporting and Other Tasks:
Promptly and swiftly update the Deputy Director on work progress and reports.
Assist in compiling weekly, monthly, and annual business reports.
Handle tasks as directly requested by the Deputy Director.

Job Requirements:
Graduated from University or College with a major in E-commerce, Business English, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields. (Knowledge in Information Technology is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and marketing or e-commerce, and 1 year in a similar position.
Must be proficient in English in all four skills. Working with global customers. (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
Quick learner, good self-study skills, and ability to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Good analytical and information synthesis skills; strong logical thinking.
Ability to observe, analyze, and make decisions.
Good communication skills, proactive in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations well.
